Yes, we require a security deposit at check-in to cover any accidental damage or additional expenses during your stay. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Check-in, with registration and key handover, can be done from 4 p.m. onwards, unless otherwise agreed. As for check-out, on the other hand, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am. However, we will do our best to adapt to our guests’ needs, so please contact us in advance for any special requests.
